The location is fantastic and very convenient for exploring.

Check-in was frustrating as the receptionist was absent, leaving us waiting. Our preordered wine was missing upon arrival, and it took a long time to locate and deliver it. Additionally, we had issues with breakfast arrangements. being directed to a coffee shop that required a car ride was disappointing.

Fantastic location near the Baha’i gardens. Enjoyed the spacious Deluxe King Room with a comfortable bed. Loved the cleanliness and decor of the hotel. Coffee on tap was a nice touch, making it easy to grab a cup at any time. However, the breakfast situation was a letdown. The voucher sent us to a coffee shop that wasn't as convenient as expected, requiring a car ride. The options were pretty limited, which felt disappointing. Also, check-in took longer than hoped since the receptionist was away for a while. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with improvements possible in dining and the check-in process.

The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, and we loved the convenient location for exploring cafes and attractions. My brother and I had a fantastic time making fresh OJ every morning. The nearby Sculpture Garden was a hit with the kids, too!

In my wife’s opinion, breakfast options could be improved for families.

Our suite was spacious and immaculate, making it a perfect getaway. The spa lounge and hot spring bath were fantastic spots to unwind after a day of exploring. There were a couple of tiny spiders in my room I had to gently remove, but that was no biggie. Just be sure to schedule some time to relax in the wellness facilities! 🛁
